Membership Enquiries

If you are interested in joining the orchestra, please email Membership, giving details of your playing standard and orchestral or other group experience.

Please note that there are waiting lists for most of the woodwind instruments.

Also note that we are an amateur, not professional, orchestra.

We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the school term.

 

Arranging Concerts

If you would like to arrange a concert in order to raise money for a charity of your choice, please email Concerts.

We have a varied repertoire and can tailor our programme to the audience’s taste. We usually play a mixture of light music, popular classical, film scores, TV and radio themes, and selections from shows, as well as recent and contemporary music.

 

Hiring our Music

We are fortunate to have an extensive library of orchestral sheet music, some of which is available for hire. For further information, please email the Librarian.
